Francis Hiking Team-Building Activity.

The Francis Autumn Osmanthus Appreciation and West Lake Hiking Team-Building Activity was successfully concluded on November 3, 2025. All employees from the Francis Hangzhou office participated in the nature-immersive team-building event themed "Embracing Nature." 

This hiking activity started at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 4 p.m., crossing the famous West Lake and visiting the mountain forests by the lake filled with osmanthus flowers.

Along the way, the autumn landscape featured picturesque tea plantations and the delicate fragrance of blooming osmanthus. Employees enjoyed the natural scenery and engaged in relaxed conversations, effectively alleviating work-related stress. 

 Upon arrival at Xili Lake, participants gathered for a shared meal, exchanging thoughts and enjoying the fresh air by the stream and lush greenery, which fostered stronger interpersonal connections. Though the event has ended, the sense of fulfillment and enhanced team cohesion will endure, much like the lingering charm of autumn.
